ci: add Gradle wrapper files

- gradlew (executable shell script)
- gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar
- gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties (Gradle 8.5)
- Fixes 'gradlew: No such file or directory' error in CI
