feat(vlm): align default generation settings

Update default settings for both Prompt Enhance and VQA:
- max_tokens: 512 (prompt enhance)
- do_sample: True
- temperature: 0.8
These defaults provide better output quality with more creative
variation while maintaining coherent results.
