- Remove _get_device_dtype() indirection, inline device/dtype at call sites
- Remove commented-out fallback blocks and try/finally wrappers
- Add modules/sharpfin to ruff and pylint excludes in pyproject.toml
- Fix import ordering in joytag.py and pixelart.py
