refactor(lora): rename native_loader to native_adapter

Frees the name for pipelines/native_transformer. Module covers the full
LyCORIS adapter family (LoRA/LoKR/LoHA/OFT/IA3/GLoRA/Norm/Full), not
just LoRA.
