chore(deps): bump diffusers for ltx-2.5

Browse Source 
Adds the Gemma 4 text encoder, the duration head and the diffusion decoder.
Pipeline classes are unchanged, so 2.0 and 2.3 load as before.

Image conditioning is now re-compressed to match training, at CRF 18 for 2.5
and 33 for earlier versions.
